    Discover

    Sit with plant SMEs, clients and the product team. Map how the process really runs, as-is.

03 Experience

From the plant floor to product teams.

Seven years that took me through every side of manufacturing: engineering, operations, running my own factory, then business analysis.

  1. Sep 2025 – PresentCurrent

    Business Analyst, MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

    Hind Industec Pvt Ltd · Pune

    • Run requirement sessions with clients, plant SMEs and the product team for three MES modules: Work Center Capability Matrix, Process Route and Conversion Master.
    • Write FRDs, business rules and user stories with acceptance criteria, and get Product Owner sign-off.
    • Build Figma wireframes and HTML prototypes so SMEs can review a design before development starts.
    • Configure and validate master data for multi-stage steel processes such as pickling, cold rolling and galvanizing.
    • Coordinate UAT and defect triage with development and QA, after running cross-system master-data checks in the browser with Playwright, driven through Claude Code.
    • Draft specs, Jira tickets and UML diagrams with Claude Code, connected to Jira, Confluence, Figma and draw.io through MCP.

  2. Sep 2023 – Sep 2025

    Business Analyst, ERP (Manufacturing and Quality)

    JM Enterprises · Pune

    • Ran requirement sessions with production and quality teams for ERP Manufacturing and Quality.
    • Wrote the gap report, sorting each requirement into standard, configuration or custom work.
    • Wrote the BRD, FRD, process flows and user stories, then user manuals and SOPs for plant staff.
    • Set up multi-level BOMs with routing and workstations, and the work orders and job cards that run on them.
    • Designed the production planning flow, covering material transfer to the floor, scrap and subcontracting.
    • Set up inspections at goods receipt, in process and before dispatch, with non-conformance and CAPA workflows.
    • Handled data migration, UAT and user training, then supported production and quality users through go-live.

    • Set up and ran a 200 kg/day tofu plant, handling production, quality and supply directly.
    • Sold retail through e-commerce platforms and supplied B2B customers in dairy and industrial catering.
  4. Nov 2019 – Aug 2021

    Technical Associate (Manufacturing)

    Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd · Mahad, Raigad

    • Standardised manufacturing processes across the plant with operations teams.
    • Worked on the diketene yield programme, yield up 4%, and helped commission its new unit.
    • Pulled production data from SAP to analyse yield and track the programme.
    • Coordinated production requirements and schedules between manufacturing and planning.
  5. Jun 2019 – Oct 2019

    Trainee Engineer

    • On site for the erection and commissioning of a beverage processing plant.

05 About

Engineer by training, builder by habit.

I started as a chemical engineer on refinery and plant sites, spent two years improving yield at a specialty chemicals plant, then built and ran my own tofu factory. I know what a production line needs because I've been on the other side of the software.

Today I write the specs for a steel MES and take them from the first SME workshop to sign-off. Outside work I build small AI products on free tiers, all with the same rule:

“AI drafts, code checks the numbers, and nothing goes public without approval.”
